AI Adoption Consultant

Do you enjoy finding where and how AI can simplify work? We're looking for an AI Adoption Consultant with 4+ years in software development who wants to share their know-how, help companies change inefficient processes, and improve the environment their people work in. We commonly kick off adoption at companies like Heureka (100+ people) or Česká spořitelna, and our training has a long-term NPS around 9.9. One day you're running a workshop at a client, the next you're tuning an MCP setup and an adoption roadmap with the team. In practice, it's a role close to what Matyáš and Prokop do here.

What will your job be

You help companies adopt AI so their people actually know how to work with it and get more efficient. You build the adoption strategy and roadmap, run workshops, train teams, and consult directly with the client. Thanks to you, companies move forward in digitalization and gain a competitive edge.

• Adoption strategy and roadmap: You map where AI makes sense and lay out a plan to roll it out across teams.
• Workshops and facilitation: You lead workshops, training, and individual consultations. Our training has a long-term NPS around 9.9.
• Embedded consulting: You work alongside the client's teams, not just from a slide deck. We commonly kick off adoption at companies like Heureka (100+ people) or Česká spořitelna.
• Pre-sales and scoping: You listen to the business, scope the work, and translate client needs into something deliverable.
• MCP and agentic setups: You help set up tools, MCP servers, and agentic workflows so adoption stands on real foundations.

What we expect from you

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on work with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) and AI dev tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Understanding of the full SDLC, working with APIs, and automation.
• Prompt and context engineering.
• Data structures and SQL.
• An overview of the AI ecosystem: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP servers, no/low-code tools.
• Listening to the business and translating client needs into functional solutions.
• Explaining complex things clearly to management and to people on the teams.
• Presenting, facilitating, and leading workshops. English at least at B2 level.
• Based in Prague: 3–4 days a week you're with us at the office in Prague or at the client (usually Prague too), with the rest of your time flexible. This role isn't fully remote.

Who you'll work with 👥

You'll work most closely with Matyáš, who focuses on AI adoption and software architecture, runs workshops, and co-builds our MCP Gateway, and with Prokop (CEO), who owns strategy and sales. Together you scope the work and bring AI adoption to clients.

Reward offered
